Aam Panna has a sweet and tangy taste, made with raw mangoes and some spices. The addition of these spices not only enhances the flavour of the drink but also helps in the digestion.

- 2 Medium size Raw mangoes/ Kacche aam
- 1-1.5 tsp Roasted cumin/ Bhuna Jeera powder
- 1 tsp Black Salt/ Kala Namak
- A Pinch of Salt
- 1 Cup Sugar
- Ice cubes
- 1 Glass Water – 1 glass
Wash the mangoes and boil them for about 10-15 minutes.
After the mangoes are boiled, drain the water and allow it to cool down.
Now peel it off and collect the pulp in a bowl or you can also directly collect it into a mixer jar.
Add sugar, roasted cumin powder, black salt and a pinch of salt.
Close the lid and blend the mixture.
Pour the concentrated mixture into a glass bowl/ jar and you can store it in the fridge for about 3-4 weeks.
Making Aam Panna Drink
Now, whenever you wish to drink the aam panna, take a glass, add some ice and 2-3 tbsp of concentrated panna.
Pour chilled water.
Stir it well and your Aam Panna is ready.
