Aam Panna has a sweet and tangy taste, made with raw mangoes and some spices. The addition of these spices not only enhances the flavour of the drink but also helps in the digestion.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Medium size Raw mangoes/ Kacche aam
  • 1-1.5 tsp Roasted cumin/ Bhuna Jeera powder
  • 1 tsp Black Salt/ Kala Namak
  • A Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 Glass Water – 1 glass

Instructions
 

  • Wash the mangoes and boil them for about 10-15 minutes.
  • After the mangoes are boiled, drain the water and allow it to cool down.
  • Now peel it off and collect the pulp in a bowl or you can also directly collect it into a mixer jar.
  • Add sugar, roasted cumin powder, black salt and a pinch of salt.
  • Close the lid and blend the mixture.
  • Pour the concentrated mixture into a glass bowl/ jar and you can store it in the fridge for about 3-4 weeks.

Making Aam Panna Drink

  • Now, whenever you wish to drink the aam panna, take a glass, add some ice and 2-3 tbsp of concentrated panna.
  • Pour chilled water.
  • Stir it well and your Aam Panna is ready.
