Wheat flour

Green chillies

Garlic cloves

Water
for kneading
Oil
for cooking
Instructions
Making the chilli garlic paste: -
Take a mixing jar and add garlic cloves and green chillies.
Grind it.
Preparing the Paratha dough: -
Take a large mixing bowl and add the flour.
Add chopped methi leaves, onion and prepared chilli & garlic paste.
Now add salt to taste.
Mix all the ingredients without adding water.
After mixing everything nicely, add water as required and knead the dough.
Methi paratha dough is ready. (refer video for more clarity.)
Rolling and shaping the parathas
: -
Pinch out a small ball-sized dough and dust it with flour.
Now roll it with light hands into a round shape paratha or roti.
The paratha is ready to cook.
Cooking the parathas: -
Heat a Tawa and place the paratha on medium flame.
Cook until crisp and golden on both sides.
Methi paratha is ready to serve.
Serve it hot with Aam ka achar & Mirchi ka achar.
