Lehsun wale aloo or garlicpotato is a very simple and easy dinner recipe, that is made with only 2 basic ingredients – potato & garlic, along with a few spices.
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and without removing the skin, cut it into medium-thick slices.
Keep it aside to remove the excess water.
Now heat a pan or kadhai and add oil.
After the oil gets heated, add mustard seeds, dry red chilli and chopped garlic.
Let them crackle for a few seconds.
Now add the sliced potatoes.
Mix it nicely.
Add salt according to the taste and mix it.
Cook on a medium flame for about 15-20 minutes, until it is nice and golden.
Keep stirring at regular intervals, to avoid sticking and burning.
After about 20 minutes, our lehsun wale aloo/ garlic potato is ready to be served.
Serve it on the dish along with hot chapatis and our dinner is ready 😊
