Mango Lassi for Summer |Quick & Simple| Mango Yogurt Smoothie

Mango Lassi is a delicious, creamy summer drink made with fresh mangoes, yogurt or curd, milk, little sugar and a hint of cardamom or saffron. This mango lassi is very simple to make and gets ready in a few minutes. We just need to blend all the ingredients in a blender until they are well mixed. It creates a smooth and creamy beverage with a yellow-orange colour that is refreshing on a hot summer day.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 big Mango
  • 1 cup fresh curd
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • dry fruits for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Take one big mango and start by peeling the mangoes
  • After peeling chop them into small pieces
  • In a blender, add the chopped mangoes
  • Next add curd or yogurt, sugar and cardamom powder
  • Add milk
  • Close the lid
  • Blend it into a smooth creamy mixture
  • Pour the mango lassi into the serving glass
  • Garnish it with some mint leaves and dry fruits
  • Serve it as it is or add some ice cubes before serving if you want
