Ingredients
  

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp fresh curd
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free optional

Instructions
 

  • Take a mango and wash it nicely
  • Cut it into small pieces
  • Now take a banana and peel it
  • Cut the banana into small pieces
  • Now transfer both the mango and banana into a mixer jar
  • Add 2 tbsp of curd
  • Add sugar-free (optional)
  • Now add milk. I am taking toned milk but if you want to make it creamier you can add full-cream milk
  • Blend it into a smooth shake
  • Pour the smoothie into a serving glass
  • Top it with your favourite topping like nuts, chopped mangoes, bananas, etc
  • Delicious & super quick Mango Smoothie is ready
