Mooli ki Bhaji| Mooli ki patton ki sabji| मूली की भाजी

Mooli ki bhaji is an excellent dish to make if you're looking for an easy and quick meal. The dish is packed with healthy nutrients and is perfect for a quick and easy lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3  radish Radish leaves 
  • 4-5 tbsp Oil
  • 2 Dry Red Chillies
  • 5-6 Garlic cloves
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Take fresh radish leaves.
  • Wash it nicely in running water and let the excess water dry off.
  • Chop it nicely.
  • Chopped radish leaves or mooli ki bhaji.
  • Now take a kadhai and add oil.
  • Heat the oil on medium flame.
  • Add the chopped garlic and dry red chilli.
  • Let them crackle for a few seconds.
  • Add the chopped radish leaves.
  • Mix it nicely.
  • Add salt according to the taste and mix again. 
    (NOTE: -Remember that the bhaji or leaves tend to reduce after getting cooked, so add the salt accordingly.)
  • Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  • Mooli ki bhaji or mooli k patton ka saag is ready.
