Ingredients
Ingredients: -
- All-purpose flour/ Maida - 3 tbsp
- Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
- Granulated Sugar - 2-3 tbsp according to the taste
- Butter - 3 tbsp
- Milk - 3 tbsp
- Baking powder - 1/4th tsp
- Vanilla essence - 1/4th tsp
- Microwave-safe Mug
Instructions
Method: -
- Take butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave it for 20-30 seconds until it melts.
- Now take a microwave-safe mug.
- Add 3 tbsp of maida/ all-purpose flour.
- Cocoa powder about 2 tbsp.
- Baking powder.
- 2-3 tbsp of granulated sugar.
- Now add the melted butter.
- After adding the butter.
- Vanilla essence (I am adding only a drop of the essence as it is very strong).
- Give it mix.
- Now add 3 tbsp milk.
- Mix the batter with a fork/spoon until smooth.
- And last but not the least, add the sprinkles/ choco chips
- The chocolate mug cake batter is ready.
- Place it in the microwave.
- And microwave it for about 1.30 - 2 minutes. Do not over-cook or it will turn hard and chewy.
- After 1-2 minutes, our mug cake is ready.
- Top it with chocolate syrup/sauce along with some sprinkles and serve it hot, or cool it down, add some frosting and then serve.
