Ingredients
  

Ingredients: - 

  • Butter - 1-2 tsp
  • Eggs – 2
  • Onion – ½ chopped
  • Tomato – ½ chopped
  • Green chillies – 1-2
  • Garam masala – ¼ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cheese slice – 1-2
  • Fresh coriander leaves

Instructions
 

Method: - 

  • Take a mixing bowl and add 2 eggs
  • Beat the eggs in a bowl until they are well combined and slightly frothy.
  • Add all the veggies.
  • Next, add the salt and garam masala
  • Mix it well.
  • Heat a thick bottom pan and add butter.
  • Now pour the whisked egg mixture over the pan.
  • Let is cook for a few minutes.
  • Add the cheese slice.
  • Gently fold the Omelette with the help of a spatula and cook the uncooked part.
  • The cheese will gradually melt and create a luscious layer of creaminess that contrasts wonderfully with the spices.
  • Let the omelette cook for a couple more minutes until the cheese is fully melted and the egg is cooked through. Slide the omelette onto a plate with a confident yet gentle motion.
  • The cheese masala Omelette is ready. Serve it with bread, toast, paratha or roti whatever you prefer and enjoy.
