Eggless Vanilla Cake | Vanilla loaf recipe (without egg)

The cake is a form of sweet that is prepared by baking a batter of flour, milk, butter, cream and other different ingredients. It is basically a modified version of bread.

Cakes are broadly classified into two types-

  • Eggless Cakes
  • Cakes with egg

I mostly prefer baking eggless cakes, as I am not very fond of eggs, but if you want me to share the recipe of a cake with eggs, then do let me know in the comment section.

Cakes are loved by all and as we all know that, baking on special occasions always win hearts. So you can try this soft and fluffy eggless vanilla loaf cake and surprise your loved one.

People usually think that baking is a tedious task but, with this recipe of mine, I am sure you’re going to change your mind.

This simple, fluffy, creamy and buttery moist cake is the one that everyone looks for. It is so soft and creamy that it just melts in your mouth.

It is a tried and tested recipe of mine and if you follow all the steps with the exact measurements, then I am sure you are going to get the exact taste and texture.

How to make Eggless Vanilla Cake | Vanilla Cake (without egg):-

Ingredients:-

Dry Ingredients:-

  1. All-purpose flour/Maida – 1.5 cup
  2. Baking powder – 3/4 tsp
  3. A pinch of salt

Wet Ingredients:-

  1. Sugar – 3/4th cup
  2. Heavy cream/ Full cream – 1 cup
  3. Milk – 1/2 cup
  4. Butter (unsalted) – 8 tbsp
  5. Vanilla essence – 1 tsp

Method:-

  1. Take the all-purpose flour in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add baking powder.
  3. A pinch of salt (Note: – avoid if using salted butter).
  4. Mix all the dry ingredients nicely and keep them aside.
  5. Grease the cake mould nicely with butter and flour.
  6. Now take another mixing bowl and add 8 tbsp the butter.
  7. Next, add the full cream.
  8. And sugar.
  9. Mix all the wet ingredients nicely.
  10. After mixing everything well, beat it with a beater for 1-2 minutes.
  11. Now, add the dry ingredients, one-one spoon at a time.
  12. And keep beating the mixture simultaneously.
  13. As we add the dry ingredients the batter thickens. So, add milk as and when required to adjust the consistency.
  14. Keep beating until the batter is nice and fluffy.
  15. Add the vanilla extract.
  16. Mix it once again.
  17. The batter is ready.
  18. Select the convection mode on your microwave and pre-heat at 1800
  19. Pour the batter into the cake mould.
  20. Place the mould into the pre-heated oven and bake for 40 minutes.

(Note:- if you are using a normal electric oven then simply bake for 45-50 minutes.)

  1. The eggless Vanilla cake is ready.
  2. Slice it into pieces and serve.
