Mango Popsicle is a very simple and fun-to-make recipe. It is an ideal recipe, loved by children during summer vacations.
Summer calls for indulgence and nothing can be better than a Mango bar or Mango Popsicle. So, If you want to treat your loved ones with some lip-smacking dessert then just go for it..!!
The amazingly delicious and refreshing taste of these Popsicles will simply whoo your guests and if the guests are the little ones, then you will surely become their favourite.
A Mango popsicle is a juicy mango-flavoured bar made with fresh mangoes. This is a vegan recipe and does not include any dairy products.
It is a mouth-watering dessert that can be served on any occasion during the peak summer months, that will beat the heat with its cool and refreshing flavour.
This popsicle is made using 3 basic ingredients present in every home i.e. Fresh and juicy mangoes, sugar and some lime juice.
Let us begin with the recipe:-
Ingredients:-
- Mango – 1-2
- Lemon juice – 1-2 tsp
- Sugar –4-5 tsp (or according to the taste)
- Water chilled – 1 cup
Method:-
- Wash the mango nicely and peel off the skin.
- Cut the mango into small cubes.
- Take a mixer jar and add the mango cubes.
- Add 4-5 tsp of sugar, depending on the sweetness of the mango or as you like.
- Pour 1 cup of water.
- Add the lemon juice.
- Blend the mixture nicely into a smooth and thick purée.
- Pour the puree into the popsicle mould.
- Cover the lids.
- Freeze the popsicles for about 7-8 hours or overnight.
- After 7-8 hours the Mango Popsicles are ready to serve.
- Take them out of the mould and serve freezing chilled.
