Chutney is often eaten with different snacks & starters in India, for example, with sandwiches, paneer tikka, chicken tikka, chat, dhokla, etc. It can also be used as a dip for your French fries, nuggets, pakodas, etc.
Tandoori Coriander Dip is a very quick and easy-to-make recipe which will enhance the taste and whole experience of your meal. This tangy and spicy chutney is made with only 3 ingredients and is a no-garlic, no-onion recipe.
A quick step-by-step description to make tandoori yoghurt- coriander chutney is given below:
How to make Tandoori Yogurt -Coriander Chutney| Tandoori Coriander Dip: –
Ingredients:-
- Coriander leaves- 1 cup
- Green chilli – 2-3
- Curd/yoghurt – 4tbsp
- Salt
Method:-
- Nicely wash the fresh coriander leaves and place them in the jar of a mixer grinder.
- Add 2-3 green chillies, yoghurt and salt to taste.
- Now grind it nicely until you get a fine paste.
- The Tandoori Yogurt – Coriander chutney is ready, garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and serve it with your favourite snack.
Note: You can also add mint leaves if you want, to add a minty flavour.
