Veg Masala Maggi| Street Style Maggi Noodles| Yummy Maggi

Maggi is loved by all and everyone has their favourite version of making Maggi.

In this recipe, I am going to share my favourite version of Veg Maggi masala, which is quick, simple and delicious.

Maggi is one of the most popular instant noodle recipes in India and is not just liked by kids, but it is a famous street-style food among all generations.

In recent years, street style Maggi has gained a lot of popularity and you can find many small roadside vendors selling Maggi.

In big metropolitan cities like Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, etc, there are special late-night Maggi stalls. People especially visit these stalls at night with friends and family just to enjoy their hot bowl of yummy Maggi.

Veg Masala Maggi| Street style Maggi Noodles| Yummy Maggi recipe with step by step images and video is given below:-

Ingredients:-                                                  

  1. Maggi Noodles – 3 cakes
  2. Oil – 2-3 tbsp
  3. Mustard seeds/ rai – 1 tsp
  4. Green Chilli/ hari mirch – 2
  5. Onion/ pyaz – 1 finely chopped
  6. Carrot/ gajar – 1 finely chopped
  7. Capsicum/ shimla mirch – 1 chopped
  8. Tomato/ tamatar – 1 chopped
  9. Salt – to taste
  10. Water – 2- 2.5 cup
  11. Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Method:-

  1. Heat the oil in a pan/ kadhai.                         
  2. Add mustard seeds and green chilli.
  3. Let them crackle.
  4. Further, add onion and sauté until it changes colour.
  5. Add carrot and capsicum.
  6. Sauté until slightly cooked.
  7. Add chopped tomatoes and let them soften.
  8. Add salt according to the taste.
  9. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes until the tomato turns soft & mushy.
  10. Now, add 3 sachets of Maggi tastemaker.
  11. Mix it well and add about 2 cups of water.
  12. Stir well and get the water to boil.
  13. Add in 3 cakes of Maggi noodles.
  14. Check the water and add some more if needed.
  15. Cook until the noodles absorb water and gets cooked completely.
  16. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
  17. Finally, my version of the Veg Masala Maggi is ready to be served hot.

How to make a yummy bowl of Veg Masala Maggi with step by step images:-

  1. Heat the oil in a pan/ kadhai.

  1. Add mustard seeds and green chilli.

  1. Let them crackle.
