Watermelon Mojito is a refreshing summer drink made with fresh watermelon, mint leaves, lemon and a splash of club soda or sprite.
This watermelon mojito recipe is non-alcoholic and a replacement for non-drinkers, but, it can be easily turned into an alcoholic drink if you prefer that way.
These mocktails are refreshing and can be prepared for lazy summer days, pool parties, night outs & parties.
So, the recipe is quite simple and can be made within minutes with very few efforts.

How to make Watermelon Mojito| Refreshing Summer Drink
Ingredients:-
- Watermelon (diced) – 1 small cup.
- Fresh Mint leaves/ Pudhina – 6-7 leaves
- Lemon/ Nimbu – 4-5 slices
- Black Salt/Kala namak – 1/2 tsp
- Club Soda/ Sprite – 1 small cup
- Ice-cubes – 5-6
Method:-
- Take a glass.
- Add fresh mint leaves.
- Some lemon slices.
- And Diced watermelon along with black salt.
- Now, muddle it nicely to extract all the juices.
- The muddled mixture is ready.
- Add ice-cubes.
- Followed by chilled club soda/ sprite.
(NOTE:- I am adding sprite and so I have not added any sugar, but if you use plain soda, then add 1/2 tsp of sugar to adjust the sweetness.)
- Stir it nicely.
- Our Mojito is ready. Garnish it with some mint leaves, sliced watermelon and serve it chilled.
NOTE:- Replace the soda with rum OR you can add vodka along with soda and enjoy the alcoholic version of this chilled watermelon mojito.
