Mango Smoothie (Sugar-free)|Fresh Mango Banana Smoothie

Mango Smoothie (sugar-free) is a creamy & refreshing summer drink made with fresh mangoes, banana (optional), curd & milk. The sweetness of the mango is balanced by the tanginess of the curd, resulting in a deliciously smooth and flavourful beverage.

Mango smoothie (sugar-free) is a perfect drink for a hot summer day that keeps you cool and refreshed throughout. One single glass of this smoothie can keep you full and energetic for hours.

In many recipes, mango smoothie is made with frozen fruits but in my recipe, I use fresh mangoes and bananas so that we get the real taste of the fruits.

Here, I am sharing the sugar-free version of the recipe for those who have requested me many times to share sugar-free drinks and desserts. And if you want to add some sweetness, you can use regular sugar or honey instead.

But in this recipe, I have used the sugar-free instead of sugar, to add little sweetness to the smoothie, you can also add dates for the sweetness.

Mango Smoothie

The recipe is very simple; anybody can make it in just 5 minutes and enjoy it without worrying about the calories. It is a healthy & refreshing way to start your day.

How to make a Healthy and Refreshing Mango Smoothie (Sugar-free) | Fresh Mango Banana Smoothie. Step-by-step recipe with images at each step: –

Ingredients

  1. Mango – 1 (riped)
  2. Banana – 1
  3. Fresh curd – 2 tbsp
  4. Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
  5. Chilled Milk – 1 cup
  6. Sugar-free – 1 tbsp (optional)

Method: –

  1. Take a mango and wash it nicely.

  1. Cut it into small pieces.

  1. Now take a banana and peel it.

  1. Cut the banana into small pieces.

  1. Now transfer both the mango and banana into a mixer jar.

  1. Add 2 tbsp of curd.

  1. Add sugar-free (optional) [or you can add  plain sugar, honey or dates, whatever you prefer ].

  1. Now add milk. I am taking toned milk but if you want to make it creamier you can add full-cream milk.

  1. Blend it into a smooth shake.

  1. Pour the smoothie into a serving glass.

 

  1. Top it with your favourite topping like nuts, chopped mangoes, bananas, etc.

  1. Delicious & super quick Mango Smoothie is ready.
