How to make delicious NO Onion No Garlic Paneer Masala Recipe| Falahari Paneer ki Sabji. Step by Step recipe with images at each step: –

Ingredients: –

  1. Paneer – 200 grams
  2. Fresh cream – 1-2 tbsp
  3. Oil – 3-4 tbsp
  4. Tomato – 2
  5. Green chillies – 2-3
  6. Dalchini – 1 inch
  7. Clove – 1-2
  8. Green cardamom – 1-2
  9. Black cardamom – 1
  10. Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  11. Ginger – 1 inch
  12. Bay leaf –
  13. Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  14. Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  15. Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  16. Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
  17. Salt to taste
  18. Kasturi methi – 1 tsp
  19. Water for the gravy – ½ cup
  20. Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing

Method: –

Preparing the tomato paste: –

  1. Take a mixer jar and add the chopped tomatoes.

  1. Add the green chillies, ginger and the whole spices.

  1. Next, add some water and grind it into a smooth paste.

  1. Keep it aside.

Preparing the Paneer Gravy: –

  1. Heat the oil in a pan or kadhai.

  1. Add 1-2 bay leaves.

  1. Next, add all the dry spices and cook for a few seconds.

  1. Add the tomato puree and mix it nicely.

  1. Now, add salt according to taste.

  1. Mix it nicely.

  1. Cover the lid and continue to cook until the oil is separated.

  1. Keep stirring at regular intervals to avoid sticking at the bottom of the pan/ kadhai.

  1. While the gravy is getting ready, cut the paneer into small cubes and keep it aside.

  1. When the oil separates add the kasturi methi and mix it nicely.

  1. Next, pour the fresh cream and mix well.

  1. Add some water to adjust the consistency and allow the gravy to simmer for a few minutes.

Assemble and Serve: –

  1. Gently add the paneer cubes to the gravy.

  1. Let the paneer simmer in the gravy for a few minutes.

  1. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

  1. No Onion No Garlic Paneer Masala is ready to be served. It pairs wonderfully with roti, paratha, poori or rice.
