Mango lassi is the flavoured version of the traditional lassi from Punjab (Northern India ) that has been consumed in India for centuries, made with plain thick curd, it is known for its authentic taste and flavours.

The natural sweetness of the mangoes is balanced by the yogurt which also adds a little sour and creamy texture to the beverage. How to make the Best Mango Lassi for Summer| Quick & Simple| Mango Yogurt Smoothie. Step-by-step recipe with images at each step:-
Ingredients: –
- Mango – 1 big
- Fresh curd – 1 cup chilled
- Milk – 1 cup chilled
- Sugar – 2-3 tbsp (optional)
- Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
- Dry fruits for garnishing
Method: –
- Take one big mango and start by peeling the mangoes.
- After peeling chop them into small pieces.
- In a blender, add the chopped mangoes.
- Next add curd or yogurt, sugar and cardamom powder.
- Add milk.
- Close the lid.
- Blend it into a smooth creamy mixture.
- Pour the mango lassi into the serving glass.
- Garnish it with some mint leaves and dry fruits.
- Serve it as it is or add some ice cubes before serving if you want.
