In this recipe, we are going to make a simple, yet delicious, mooli ki bhaji. Mooli is a versatile vegetable that can be used in various dishes like mooli ki sabji, mooli k paratha, mooli ka achar, mooli k patton ka achar, etc.

My recipe for making this bhaji is very simple with minimal ingredients and not overloaded with spices which let the flavour of the radish leaves shine.

A vegan dish, made without onion, besan or aloo.

It is simple mooli k patton ka saag or sabji that can be enjoyed with hot paratha or roti.

Mooli bhaji is perfect for those cold winter days and it’s perfect for when you just don’t have time to cook something more complicated. SIMPLE, TASTY & HEALTHY !!

How to make Mooli ki Bhaji | Mooli ki Patton ki Bhaji | Radish leaves recipe. 

Step by Step recipe with images at each step: –

Ingredients: –

  1. Radish leaves – leaves of 2-3 radishes (approx 250-300 grams)
  2. Oil – 4-5 tbsp
  3. Dry red chillies – 2
  4. Garlic cloves – 5-6 chopped
  5. Salt to taste

Method: –

  1. Take fresh radish leaves.

  1. Wash it nicely in running water and let the excess water dry off.

  1. Chop it nicely.

  1. Chopped radish leaves

  1. Now take a kadhai and add oil.

  1. Heat the oil on medium flame.

  1. Add the chopped garlic and dry red chilli.

  1. Let them crackle for a few seconds.

  1. Add the chopped radish leaves.

  1. Mix it nicely.

  1. Add salt according to the taste and mix again. (NOTE: -Remember that the bhaji or leaves tend to reduce after getting cooked, so add the salt accordingly.)

  1. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes.

  1. Mooli ki bhaji or mooli k patton ka saag is ready.
