How to make delicious NO Onion No Garlic Paneer Masala Recipe| Falahari Paneer ki Sabji. Step by Step recipe with images at each step: –
Ingredients: –
- Paneer – 200 grams
- Fresh cream – 1-2 tbsp
- Oil – 3-4 tbsp
- Tomato – 2
- Green chillies – 2-3
- Dalchini – 1 inch
- Clove – 1-2
- Green cardamom – 1-2
- Black cardamom – 1
- Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Bay leaf –
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Kasturi methi – 1 tsp
- Water for the gravy – ½ cup
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
Method: –
Preparing the tomato paste: –
- Take a mixer jar and add the chopped tomatoes.
- Add the green chillies, ginger and the whole spices.
- Next, add some water and grind it into a smooth paste.
- Keep it aside.
Preparing the Paneer Gravy: –
- Heat the oil in a pan or kadhai.
- Add 1-2 bay leaves.
- Next, add all the dry spices and cook for a few seconds.
- Add the tomato puree and mix it nicely.
- Now, add salt according to taste.
- Mix it nicely.
- Cover the lid and continue to cook until the oil is separated.
- Keep stirring at regular intervals to avoid sticking at the bottom of the pan/ kadhai.
- While the gravy is getting ready, cut the paneer into small cubes and keep it aside.
- When the oil separates add the kasturi methi and mix it nicely.
- Next, pour the fresh cream and mix well.
- Add some water to adjust the consistency and allow the gravy to simmer for a few minutes.
Assemble and Serve: –
- Gently add the paneer cubes to the gravy.
- Let the paneer simmer in the gravy for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
