“Nun Bariya” or “wheat fritters” are delicious Crispy Pakoras made from wheat flour (atta) and Onion in addition to some herbs and spices.
Nun Bariya / Aate k bhajiye is made using very few ingredients present in everyone’s home and can be prepared within no time. It is a very good snack for a sudden guest at your place or a kitty party or so.
Usually, we all have heard of bhajiya/ pakora made from besan/gram flour but this is quite a different recipe in which we are going to use atta/ wheat flour for making our batter.
The recipe is very simple and the pakoras turn out to be crispy and delicious. Also, the best thing about this pakora is that it does not cause any gas or acidity that is experienced by many of us after eating dishes made from besan/gram flour.
Most of you must be hearing about this recipe for the first time, but trust me, these are super addictive and you’re surely going to love it.
A plate full of crispy & crunchy ‘Nun bariya (aate k bhajiye)’, some chutney and a cup of hot tea is just what you want on a rainy day with the sound of those rain drops…It’s just awesome…!!!
The full step-by-step recipe with images at each step is discussed below. Do try it out and let me know your views in the comment section below.
