Bread roll

Bread rolls are a simple and tasty snack option if you have leftover boiled potatoes. These bread rolls can be prepared within 15 minutes for a delicious evening snack, a party snack or as a lunch box for kids.

In this recipe, I’ll share a no-onion no-garlic bread roll recipe,  making it a perfect choice for vegetarians, vegans, or those with dietary preferences or restrictions.

To begin with, we are first going to prepare the stuffing and then fill the potato stuffing inside a bread slice, rolled and then deep-fried.

If deep frying is not your thing, then you can opt to shallow fry, bake or air fry them. They will still be delicious if not very crispy like the deep-fried bread roll.

The aromatic blend of spices and the comforting texture of potatoes make these rolls a perfect addition to your culinary repertoire.

Bread rolls, bread pakoras, atte k bhajiye (nun bariya), paneer pakoras, aloo pakoda, etc. have been cherished in Indian households as a popular tea-time or evening snack. They are often enjoyed with chutneys or sauces, enhancing the overall experience.
