Secret Tips for Delicious Poha

  1. Type of poha:-there are different varieties of poha available in the market like thick poha, thin poha, paper poha etc. Always use the thick one for making non-sticky and delicious poha. If you use the thin one then it might get sticky and mashy.
  2. How to wash the poha:-simply rinse it in running water like rice and keep it aside for at least 5-10 minutes.
  3. How to cook:-the best poha is always the one cooked in steam so, once everything is done just slow down the flame/switch it off, cover the lid and let the poha cook for about 2-3 minutes slowly in that steam.
