How to make this delicious Cheese Masala Omelette| Cheese Omelette. Step-by-step recipe with images at each step:-
Ingredients: –
- Butter – 1-2 tsp
- Eggs – 2
- Onion – ½ chopped
- Tomato – ½ chopped
- Green chillies – 1-2
- Garam masala – ¼ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Cheese slice – 1-2
- Fresh coriander leaves
Method: –
- Take a mixing bowl and add 2 eggs
- Beat the eggs in a bowl until they are well combined and slightly frothy.
- Add all the veggies.
- Next, add the salt and garam masala
- Mix it well.
- Heat a thick bottom pan and add butter.
- Now pour the whisked egg mixture over the pan.
- Let is cook for a few minutes.
- Add the cheese slice.
- Gently fold the Omelette with the help of a spatula and cook the uncooked part.
- The cheese will gradually melt and create a luscious layer of creaminess that contrasts wonderfully with the spices.
- Let the omelette cook for a couple more minutes until the cheese is fully melted and the egg is cooked through. Slide the omelette onto a plate with a confident yet gentle motion.
